Developer Submissions

Afupa invites developers and partners to submit integrations, apps, and related offerings that extend platform capabilities. To begin a submission, email [email protected] with the subject line "Developer Submission" and provide the following information:

  • Developer or company name and primary contact
  • Overview of the submission: app name, purpose, and the value it delivers to Afupa users
  • Technical details: supported APIs, authentication methods, data scopes, and expected user workflow
  • Documentation: link to technical docs, SDKs, or developer guide
  • Security and privacy: data handling practices, compliance measures, and vulnerability disclosures
  • Timeline: anticipated rollout date and key milestones

Submissions are reviewed by Afupa’s Partnerships and Platform Governance teams. We may request additional information or schedule a briefing as part of the evaluation. All submissions are subject to applicable terms, eligibility requirements, and ongoing compliance obligations.

Response Times

Afupa maintains clear expectations for response cadence. The following targets apply to standard inquiries, subject to complexity and current capacity:

  • General inquiries: acknowledgement within 1 business day; substantive replies within 2–3 business days.
  • Developer submissions: acknowledgement within 1 business day; initial assessment within 3–5 business days; final decision communicated within 7–10 business days for standard submissions; more complex cases may require additional time.
  • Urgent or high-priority matters: indicate urgency in the subject line to enable escalated handling.

Notes: business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Times reflect standard operating hours in our primary markets. Afupa reserves the right to adjust response times based on volume and resource availability.
